Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the content development by creating, managing and implementing learning programs.
- Partners cross-functionally to define the scope and create the content needed to develop the targeted audience capability necessary to achieving the learning objectives/business results.
- Identifies appropriate learning method and develops training material that consists of written course content, presentation material, instructor guides, eLearning, or learning activities focused on meeting defined learning objectives.
- Diagnose organizational learning needs and deliver plan for closing gaps
- Tracks and analyzes curriculum effectiveness of training programs and conducts follow-up programs to ensure applicability of course materials inclusive of leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong project management experience (i.e. planning, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and leverage continual evaluation)
- Significant experience in courseware development of a complex nature, demonstrating speed and efficiency of advanced instructional design (proficiency in course authoring tools ideal such as Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience managing end-to-end, instructional design process-based methodology (analysis, design, development, and delivery) to create curriculum programs
- Expertise in adult learning theory and advanced facilitation skills including skills to open, narrow and close large group discussions, manage dialogue between managers and participants
- Experience in identifying and managing complex group dynamics and reacting real time to changes in content and/or process
- Background in learning and development methodologies and measurements and demonstrated ability to influence and impact people at multiple organizational levels
- Exceptional written / oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or equivalent relevant experience (Masters preferred)
