Retail Operations Manager required – KidZania Cairo
KidZania Cairo is looking forward to hire Retail Operations Manager who will be responsible to Maintain and care for the park operation based on service, maintenance and general functionality of the establishments.
Experience & Qualifications required;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Retail Operation Manager
• Experience in operations and maintenance areas
• Practice leading people (some 250 employees)
• Group management and control
• Management of raw materials
• Ideally experience in contact with customers
Working Conditions
• KidZania Cairo operates 365 days/year; Shifts will be morning and afternoon all days including official days off and weekends.
• One day off “ Rotational “
• Working hours will be on shift basis as follows:
Staff Working Hours (Weekdays) 8:00 am 4:00 pm / 3:00 pm 10:00 pm
Staff Working Hours (Weekends) 9:00 am 5:00 pm / 4:00 pm 11:00 pm
